It took about 3 hours to complete section two.

A good portion of that time was spent testing the flat drill bit on scrap to make sure it would work on aluminum with a hand drill.

There were also two mysteries not solved by the plans or the HBH video. First the (Z) angle that runs alongside the access hole was about 680mm. The (L) angle perpendicular to it was about 180mm. The edges will have to be trimmed on all four pieces to an angle to match the pieces around them. Also round off the edges.

I also found that 7F6-1 ( Bottom Channel ) had the be trimmed by several millimeters on each side and the flanges trimmed to an angle to fit even though it was in the correct position.

Unclecoing the front of the bottom skin and then pulling it over works well for drilling 7F6-1 into place, but the entire assembly will have to be flipped over to install the (Z) angles and (L) angles.

It is also important to note that Zenith does not supply hardware to attach the access cover with. They do give you the option of riveting the panel to the skin.... but that's not really an option. Buy some nutplates before reaching Section Two.
